I've brought my vehicle to them went I got it to start changing out things due to it being a used car and I didn't know when the last time things had been changed on it.. I was very disappointed this last go round. I dropped my car off so that they could diagnose what was wrong with it. They called back as promised with the issue and price. They were told to WAIT and not preform any services yet until they received a call back from my husband. I get another phone call 20 mins later to tell me my car was complete and was ready for pick up. Which tells me that they had already started on it BEFORE they called me to tell me what was wrong with it. I did not give them the green light to preform any other service so I had no choice but to pay $601 for my car. This is something that they never do but I guess they needed the money."
