"Went to have A/C checked and was given a partial estimate. DO NOT EVER LET A REPAIR SHOP KNOW THAT YOU ARE UNDER WARRANTY! I took the partial estimate to the car called the warranty company & was told what was needed to do! Went back in & stated the warranty & surprise, surprise the treatment was different! I took my car in the next day & stayed 3 hours, got car back & it ran for about 3 blocks, then same problem! I returned 3 times within 4 days. 3 weeks later the same problem remains! The warranty company hadn't paid off yet because they didn't give me the correct paperwork to send off! THIS IS NOT A NEW COMPANY, THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TELL THEM HOW TO REPAIR MY CAR NOR WHAT PAPERWORK TO HAVE SIGNED FOR PAYMENT!"
