"Ordered my daughter's first birthday cake was told that it came with the smash cake (which we've ordered cakes for our other kids' first birthdays and received one so we knew it came with it) the girl asked how we wanted the smash cake and all . 2 weeks later we go to pickup the cakes and the same girl told us it didn't come with the smash cake so I contacted them over fb and then called them and the "manager" called me a liar over the phone saying the girl didn't tell me that it didn't come with the smash cake and repeatedly said she didn't believe what I was saying. How professional is that?"

"I loved the taste of the cake and the amount of filling. The smoother and thinner filling on the chantilly was nice. The cake had an almond flavor, and the icing was wonderful. Based on the experience with pick up (cake was not decorated at the pick up time putting the party behind 1.5 hours). This was rectified. I would just call to double-check a day before or in the morning or put in large buffer on your plans. My buffer was still 2 hours before guests arrived."
