"We are traveling from Indiana. We have never had Rotolo's Pizza and thought it looked good. We ordered online. When I arrived to pick up our order of 2 small pizzas and an order of breadsticks they had made 2 of the same pizza. They said, "we will make it right." Problem was, they only remade one pizza. The other pizza and breadsticks were cold by the time the 2nd pizza was made. I mentioned it to one of the staff, saying the other pizza and breadsticks will be cold by the time the corrected pizza is made. To which she replies, "if that's the case we will make it right." Well, 8 minutes later the pizza was cooked and of course the 2nd pizza and breadsticks were cold. No one bothered to try to "make it right". Why would anyone think it's acceptable to only remake one pizza in this situation? The entire order should have been remade. Flavor was good considering more than half the order was cold. We were very disappointed to say the least and won't order from Rotolo's Pizzeria again."
"Mia was a great waitress, knows the menu very well .my wife had lasagne w/roll bites and I had a garden salad, wth walnuts and cranberry s added w/ ranch. This is a must stop if you like Italian food, and yes they have pizza! The bar section always enjoys a good LSU baseball game. Conventlely located on St. Charles st"
