"Very nice family dollar! Was well stocked and service was smooth sailing. Would recommend!"
"Always stocked. No boxes in isle's that you have to go around. Great friendly helpful staff."
"This family dollar, in kinder, Louisiana, was exceptional! The store was very clean. Isles clear, shelves faced and clean. Lastly, employees were very nice!"
"Everything in the store is easy to find. The staff was very knowledgeable of their products, and was eager to assist me in finding what I was looking for."
"Store seems severely mismanaged. While the prices are fair, the customer service isn't. For multiple visits across months, they seem to always have pallets on the floor... Many times in violation of ADA guidelines. Regular sales and even register associates are expected to put these items up, making this never seem to be a "quick stop" for anything... usually waiting an average of 4 minutes to even get someone to sign onto a register. Many employees also work with headphones in, so you have to walk all the way TO them, to get them to help you. I have family who has religious obligations part of 2 days a week, and was turned down for work there for limited availability. Perhaps, if they kept workers with integrity, rather than with the attitude half their staff seems to have, more work would be done, and they'd have more customers. Or, you know, let cashiers do their job, and hire enough people for stock?"
