McDonald's

"Order here while on business using the Mcdelivery, had a large meal, and an ice cream. All was in my bag was the drink and fries with the ice cream, no burger. Called the store but phones where off so called McDonald's customer service and only refunded me $3.57 for a burger that costs nearly $8. That is not right getting this type of service, I'll be boycotting McDonald's for awhile now with my family. Thanks"

"Small McDonald's. When I stopped at 5pm, traffic was light through restaurant but the ice cream machine was down and the did not have any cookies or pies cooked. I waited for 10 minutes for cookies. They were also out of sweet tea so I had to wait for more to be mixed up in the back. I guess if you are on a low carb diet, then service would be 5 star."

"This place kills me every time I go there they always say they don't have ice cream or the machine is down or they are to lazy to clean it. Apparently the manager is not doing their job. I recommend whoever wants a ice cream or shake don't come here. I've had people say the same thing to me and they will not come to this McDonald's no more either. This seems to be non kid friendly for a family that wants to keep a family happy with their food they advertise all the time."

"Worst service the manager on duty refused to make our order right and knowing we were in a hurry continued to mess up and still had to leave without a quarter pounder that was paid for!! Then when we tried to call they would not answer the phone I'll be calling corporate office on this matter."

"Spent at least 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting on my order that I order on the app at least 10 minutes before I came to pick it up. After returning to the office the insides of the burger was RAW. Poor customer service. The girls at the front counter look dumbfound every time you talk to them and can barely help with anything. When I came to get a refund, it took a lady that was on her break to assist me for me to talk to a manager. This location has lost my business."
