"I thought I would go get some food from here but the service was horrible. I was the only one in the lobby and no one even spoke to me for the first 5 minutes. The manager never spoke, it was a person in the back cooking who spoke. Waited another 5 minutes and still nothing. Seem like the manager slowed other workers down. I went to KFC and got order my food and received it within 3 minutes."
"Ordered 2 thighs and a leg and got one thigh, a leg and a wing. Two orders of Mac and cheese that was scraped from the pan with burnt cheese, thankfully the serving size was so small it didn't hurt my feelings to throw it away. 5 chicken strips were average at best, and red beans & rice, all two tablespoons were good but overall it was disappointing for $32."
"So sick of this place already. How can you be a new facility and be this disorganized? This is the 3rd time I've had to hand my food back and get a refund. Good luck to whom ever gets what I returned. What a waste of space. Enter at your at your own risk!!!"
"Went in about 11 pm. Couldn't get the app to work. I've used it before so not sure what was going on. Spicy chicken sandwich was cold and my wife's popcorn shrimp weren't edible. They had to have been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Have had several good experiences there. Guess it was close to closing and they had already clocked out for the night."
"The food was amazing, but while I was at the speaker today, the guy literally kept asking me if I was ready to order, even after I told him that I needed a little time to look at the menu. I also asked for spicy chicken and I didnt receive that. The food was amazing, but the service sucked."
