"Our pizza tasted like cardboard. We will not be ordering from here ever again."

"I ordered a pizza and gave the manager my payment information. He said that it will be delivered in about 30-45 minutes. He called me back 30 minutes later and said because they have changed systems they could not deliver to my location any longer even though I ordered from there several times. He said he would cancel my order but he didn't cancel my payment and I had to call my bank for cancelation or I would have still be charged. Not good business! Also he said any further orders would have to be made through door dash because they no longer use delivery drivers."

"Everytime I order I have an issue. Yesterday I ordered on the app and waited the appropriate amount of time to go pick up my order. I sent my son in to pick it up and once he got in the store there was only one person in the back making pizza. He didn’t acknowledge him or even go get someone to help. I sat there watching for ten minutes while four other customer came in behind my son. I had to call the store to get the manager out of whatever room she was in to come help. Once she came out to help she completely ignored my son and the people in. The store for another good five minutes. Then a third employee walked in and didn’t offer to help anyone either. Once she finally started helping customers she skipped over my son every single time until I had to go in myself and cancel my order. I will not be going back. The customer service is terrible every time I go there."

"Have ordered here a couple times. Fresh, delicious but a little more practice on the appearance and bubbles would help. Friendly people. Will go back here before going to the 2 local competitors for sure!"
