"Ordered an oven and paid for delivery, was given a delivery window of 1530-1930. Was called at 1000 in the morning by the delivery driver that told me he was 5 minutes from the house and his truck broke down. I say ok so is the deliver going to be made today or no? His reply to me is bro I have to call my boss and see how he’s going to get me out of here. So I reach out to Lowe’s who calls the dispatch and the dispatch says we are sending a truck to meet up with him and offload the appliances onto that truck so he can continue his route. I say perfect, seeing how he broke down 5 minutes from my house they will get the truck there and I’ll be the first delivery, so I tell me wife just cancel your plans until this evening so you can get this thing. Three hours go by so I call the dispatch and ask what’s going on, she tells me she doesn’t really know, so I say well can you pick up the phone and call your delivery driver and find out because he should have been here by now. She refuses to call, so time keeps ticking by. Finally at around 1900 I call back and ask again what’s going on, I’m told the driver is in lake Charles making deliveries, I say why would he go from five minutes from my house to lake Charles, about an hour and ten minute drive, and start making deliveries? She tells me that she just found out that they hired a tow truck to bring the truck, with crew, back to Alexandria to get a new truck, something you could have known if you would have called like I asked you too. So I ask is the delivery even going to get made tonight? She assures me that he has one delivery left and he will be to my house. Ok, again I wait, finally 2200 rolls around, still no call, all the customer service reps are gone for the day, and the delivery driver sends me to voicemail. If I were you I wouldn’t waste my time, I would spend my money at Home Depot."

"Do not like self checkout! Lady ran everything for me! Very pleasant she went out of her way. Asked an older man that worked there about a curtain tool. Didn't tell me the isle, he walked me to where it was! Can't get better than that! I will be back just because of that."

This is an enjoyable shopping experience. Plenty of parking. Plenty of help loading items into vehicles. Great selection of most items. Bonus: the restrooms are always kept very clean!!"

"Ordered a stove with delivery and installation to be done, when it arrived to my house was told that the gas needed to be turned off and that the gas line wasn't in the right place that I needed a plumber and it was my responsibility to get one. I asked them to take it back and I would notify them when I could get one. Was very upset due to Thanksgiving being on Thursday so I didn't have an oven to bake my dinner. The oven was delivered on Monday and the plumber was here to install it for $175 installation fee. Why wasn't I given this information before placing the order. I don't feel that I was treated right."

"There was actually someone there to help in the appliance section. He was very patient and helpful without being pushy. We had stopped at home depot first and couldn't find anyone there other than one person saying "no one was working in appliances". She knew nothing other than none of the washers and dryers were in stock. We were able to select our new washer and dryer set at lowe's and scheduled an in home delivery. Sure is nice to have someone knowledgeable about what they are selling and care about helping you. Thanks Devin!"
