"I am a 4 times a week customer and absolutely love the breakfast, but Went for lunch today, got a chicken wrap and refresher. Very disappointed today..first time getting the wrap, waited 20 mins for it to be made. Then when I received it, had literally 3 small pieces of chicken, one leaf of spring lettuce and didn't see any cheese. Had a good flavor, but for $8 the quality and quantity was quiet there today."

"I love their Chai teas here. I ordered a hot chocolate yesterday when meeting a friend. I ended up spilling 3/4 of it on the table. Tgey came and cleaned it up and then gave me another hot chocolate for free. Great service with a smile"

"My family and I just tried this place for the first time and unfortunately it was the worst experience we have ever had. The person making our coffee did not have any knowledge of the drinks and how they were made. When she told me they were out of Gingerbread for the Mrs. Claus coffee, I chose another one which was Almond and Amaretto but then she said they were out of Amaretto for that drink as well. I then decide to choose the Madonna and it was made very poorly. My husband ordered the Elf on the Shelf and it had no peppermint or red velvet flavor and my son ordered a campfire mocha and it has no flavor. The espresso was over extracted to the point where it tasted like drip coffee. Each of us ordered a macaroon, fruity pebble, blueberry and birthday cake. The outside was decent and the inside was a whip cream which is not how the dessert is typically made. We were unable to even finish our coffee, which is unfortunate we will not be recommending nor will we return."
