"Terrible service. Drive up to order. Order computer doesn’t work. Carhop comes out to take our order. Try to order two of the featured combos on the banner ad. Told that we can’t have it as a combo anymore. It’s a fish combo. Today is the 4th day of Lent. She says we have to order individually. Okay. Now the card reader won’t work. She takes our card in and says e right back. Never does come back. Enters our order “individually “ at $22+, instead of the advertised price of $7.99 per combo. My husband had to walk inside to retrieve our debit card. We left. Service is awful and all of that sounded shady. And, you can’t walk off with someone’s debit card and not come back."

"The food was decent but for my drink, when I got it I opened the top and it looks like someone wanted to take a sip and surely did before bringing it to me"

"Wanted to change my review; the food is great now, but the service is horrible. They'll tell whatever machine they have that your order is out, but still make you wait like 10+ minutes for 2 burgers and a corn dog. They took forever taking our order, because they kept sipping on their drink (I could see through the window) and often times we've had to pay with cash because the card reader doesn't work"

"We were passing through last night and our kids wanted ice cream so we stopped and got ice cream and snacks. We ran into a bit of a hiccup, they were out of something we ordered and we did wait a little long for everything. Because we waited so long, the manager came out to our car and refunded our entire order. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days. We weren't angry or impatient, we didn't even remark on the time it was taking to anyone. Sometimes things happen and we are understanding of that. But he took the time to notice what was happening and was so kind. Our car hop was also so sweet. I wish I had gotten their names but I hopefully they'll see this and know that we appreciate their kindness and hard work! The food was perfectly prepared, delicious and hot."

"I have run/managed fast food places before. It was almost 730pm on a Saturday. It was not busy, could see 7 employees inside, 3 of which were doing nothing, one on his phone, 1 eating ON THE LINE (gross/unsanitary). It took 10 minutes just for someone to take our order, then when the girl finally did, she was extremely unprofessional & was mocking us to the other employees, audibly laughing while repeating our order. She was also extremely pushing asking "is that all" a total of eleven times while we places an order for 4 people. It made us feel completely unwanted & with the quality of the food being mediocre at best, we will definitely NOT be returning. Final straw, not one employee was wearing gloves, and not one employee washed their hands at all, not even the one that was eating. He finished, then proceeded to make food immediately after. Nasty. How is this location even still in business?"
