"This is where the locals dine. Biscuits so fresh, the thickest pancakes I have ever seen, these ain't no flap jacks. The eggs come as you order them. So much bacon fried crispy, endless coffee refills all for 6-8 bucks. I doubled the cost at the counter in tips. Well worth it. I can't wait until my next trip to eat breakfast at Ruby's. I hear they serve an equally amazing lunch!"

"Went for breakfast and ate inside! Great place, nice decor with a small town country dinner feel! The food was good, although I prefer sausage in my biscuit gravy it was ok! They put too much over the biscuits though and the ham portion was rather small...but overall breakfast was hot and filling."

"There are nice people. They deliver your food which is a plus in a small town. However, the quality of the food cooked needs a bit more attention. Eunice people are picky about the taste of food. I will however support when I can. Improve the food."
