"My husband and I are out here visiting from California I always make sure we come to Deedy’s to order a plate because we are never disappointed all of her food is very very flavorful and well cooked. "This was our first time eating at Deedy’s. I ordered the meatballs stew plate with a side of macaroni & cheese and sweet corn. The food was welled seasoned and delicious. The staff were very welcoming. I recommend this place to dine in or take out. We will be back to try another entree soon."

"The staff and owner are extremely nice! But there were a few missteps. The burger patties were not freshly prepared but seemed to have been cooked earlier, as they were way too tough and barely warm, not even warm enough to melt the cheese. The Shrimp Creole was very tasty, but the shrimp were baby shrimp with little flavor. Could be a great spot with a little more attention to details. No shortcuts."
