"car hop was nice. ordered & paid for a shake, when i looked at it, it was straight up ice cream, couldn’t drink it at all so i pressed the button & told them the issue, & asked for it to be remade just to be told the shake machine is broken. why let me order it let alone pay for it then ?"

"I hate to leave reviews and I almost always leave five stars at sonics. So I’ll start with the good part, the waitress was very friendly and polite and the hamburger was good. Complaints were no french fries, no working monitor where I could pay outside, no restrooms for the public, no salt and pepper with the hamburger."

"Sonic is one of our favorite places. Today I picked up a BLT for my husband, one his favorites. But this was so disappointing. Please see photo By the way my order is usually much bigger. Like I said it’s one of our favorite places So, your response is if I have any concerns? Yes I do.. 2 little pieces of bacon? Really? let's make it a 2 star not a 3. I usually don't do reviews but the way the world is going at this point in our lives? God help us all when we spend our hard earned money at our favorite places and we don't get what we pay for. Sorry....."
