"I asked for a medium shake and they gave me a small. When I got the large tots they gave me a large one with little on the tots in it. It takes them forever to bring out the food."

"ordered my food and took them 30 mins to bring it out to me. before bringing my food out, i rang back in which took another 10 mins for them to pick up. not busy at all. finally brought out my order and it was cold. everytime i’ve been to this sonic, the service was careless, and unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed in how the service was the last few times i’ve been to this location."

"We should have checked our food when we left. They didn't give us all of our food and when we called to get it fixed they lied and said they didn't charge us but clearly did. Wouldn't be a big deal if they owned up to it and gave us the credit for the missing food but will be contacting corporate"

"When I arrived I already knew that Cash App was down and assumed that I was going to run into issues. Turns out my assumptions were completely wrong. The waitress was able to take my phone with her and enter my card manually and Voila!!! Also, I told her to make sure and add money to the total for her tip but she said they were not allowed to do that. She still gave me a huge smile and was so very kind, She made feel like not leaving her a tip wasn't a huge disappointment but I know that she would've rathered gratitude in the form of cash instead of words. I will return another day and leave her a large tip for being a good human being. Thanks guys for always providing wonderful service!"

"I rarely go to Sonic for myself. I usually go when my wife is craving a cherry limeade or mozzarella sticks. All the Sonics in the area seem to operate consistently well. Kudos to them for having the option to order a burger early in the morning. Sometimes I do not want a breakfast item, nor do I feel like going home and cooking something, so, I'll pull into Sonic, order a Cheeseburger, and wait a few minutes for it to be prepped. That's my recommendation for those wanting a hot and fresh, better than average, fast food burger. Your welcome, and that's the main reason why I took the time to rate this place. Well, that and their quick service. The prices are a bit high, but who's the exception to this these days? Nobody."
