"As I sit here typing this, I have waited almost an hour for a drink and med onion rings. Nobody is paying the lobby even the slightest bit of attention, there is no one working the register and I was directed to the kiosk to put in my order, I did, and now I wait for far too long. They don’t even have the excuse of being busy, there are only three cars currently in the drivethrough, I expect they have already made my food but left it to go cold, I guess I’ll find out. Update: I never received my food. I gave up after another 20 minutes waiting. One wonders why they bother keeping the lobby open if they’re not going to serve any customers. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card."

"It’s the little things… Gratitude. Today I picked up breakfast for Bolton Ford Fixed Ops team at Whataburger in Sulphur, La. It was short notice but their team here made it happen! Even more they were so grateful to put this order together for our team. They were thanking us for the order. It was pouring rain and the gentleman insisted on bringing the food out to my truck. I tried to politely decline but he wouldn’t take any other answer. He made sure to bring the order to my truck. Their manager made sure we all got a picture together. He bragged on his team, thanked them for the job they do. I must have thanked their entire staff 15 times. "We went to Whataburger after church and it was full of people. The cashiers were so nice. The food was hot and delicious. The dining room was clean and so was the bathroom. Although they served us less than half a cup of gravy for what we paid, they made sure we were happy as customers and brought us a second cup of gravy. That shows good customer service. We are definitely coming back. Thank you for all your good work and delicious food. 12/24/23- this experience was better than our first. They had chili cheese fries, like wow. Food was hot, delicious, and it came out quickly. The manager even came out to greet all the guests there. Indeed it was a good experience."

"Poor burger, I didn't get what I paid for. Paid for a double meat jalapeño cheese combo meal. They charged extra for the 2nd patty and a 2nd slice of cheese. I didn't get but 1 slice of cheese and the 2 patties would barely make a decent burger. For a $17 med combo you should get a better quality product."
