"I sent over my measurements which I don't have on hand at the moment and received a size 12 dress!! I know that i don't wear a size 12 but i assumed that since they needed measurements they would be made to fit the size sent over. I called and spoke with the only guy that work there and he wasn't very helpful at all (seems like he likes to argue with the customers when it's a problem). When I asked him to see what were the measurements I gave him he couldn't tell me. But he asked me did I want to drive from Texas so they can refer me to someone that may be able to fix my dress (which makes no sense to me)."

I did visit another shop nearby before confirming my purchase. I quickly came back here as customer service is a MUST and they had it hands down.
