"Ordered online and waited over 30 minutes. I pressed the button to let them know I haven’t received the order and they ignored me. The wrong order ended up coming out and had to wait again. Pressed the button again and they said it’s coming out and ended up waiting another 10 minutes get melted shakes that weren’t even the right flavors. Thanks sonic!"
"It wasn't what I was accustomed to. I ordered pickup and when there wasn't a place to put the stall number. I accidentally reordered trying to put in a stall number then read that you have to push the red button when you arrive. If we wanted to push the button then I could have ordered from red button when I got there. They did adjust my duplicate or and the drinks were good."
"After waiting in the drive thru line for 10+ minutes to place my order for a Footlong, no cheese, mustard, chili and onions only. I got the total opposite. Mustard and cheese only. A waste of time and money."
