Subway

"Always had great things to say about subway, even though prices are a little high. It's still a very clean place, neat, but no matter what time of the day or night, always out of my favorite. Rotisserie Chicken. It's been several months and always the same answer, we're sold out today. Even at lunch. The last time was the worst. Walked in, they asked what kind of bread, I was talking about a sandwich. I told them and looked down and it's big plastic green stickers covering the usually clear counter top. So ,no way to see what's there, I asked for 4 maybe 5 different things and everytime was told were out. Finally I got a veggie pizza. They said they couldn't put just bacon,but they could put meatballs. The meatballs were the big ones in red sauce for the sandwiches, I passed on that. After the veggies I said mozzarella cheese. They said they don't have that anymore, even though it's clearly on the menu. Mt husband was a cook,I've been in places that didn't look like a restaurant on the outside. I've had a 500$ and a $5 meal. And found that money isn't the issue with great food. So we mentally marked places off. Well Subway is permanently off. It's unreasonable and unreal."

"I had a super tasty Philly Cheese Sub, and sister had a Tuna Sub. We both enjoyed them, and the service was great. Very clean place."

"Food was good but service was horrible and so overpriced. Young man seemed he didn't want to be working on a Sunday evening. Maybe had a bad day. Ordered a tuna sub. On the App shows a price of $5.60 for a 6 inch was charged over $8+ which is a price for a foot long. Added 2 little pieces of cheese no bigger then a silver dollar. Asked him that's all the cheese which cost extra. He said yep. Of well."

"When we went went we had to ask for help twice due to worker not wanting to open. Then while checking out we asked if the price was correct and she told us we could wait for the receipt. The whole time she had a bad attitude and was very snippy. For two 6 inch meals we were over charged due to instead of doing the meal price she added the drinks and chips as a separate charge. When we went back in to ask about this with a manager it was the same lady again and she blamed the higher price due to being located in a pilot store. If you are going to be in customer service workers need to be helpful and not tacky just because they are having to work."
