"Nice atmosphere for McD's. Clean dining room. Our order in the drive-thru line was wrong, which caused us to park & go in to correct it. Getting it corrected was like pulling teeth & we ended up leaving without one of the items because we had waited too long for everything else. Staff, though friendly with customers, were too preoccupied with drama amongst coworkers to be focused on food delivery."

"Most of the workers couldn't give a rats "behind" about their job, making it quite unappealing. Their customer service just isn't there. This does not go for all of the workers, but the majority it does. The food has been dry and incorrect most of the time. But there is one great manager there who goes above and beyond to fix their wrongs."

"There is not a “ Star “ that says 0 on it. I went today after working 13 hours, used the drive through, paid and was told to go park in Reserve spot 6, when I get there the delivery truck was taking up all the spots except for 2, waited a good 10 minutes, a girl came to my window and gave me my bag without even greeting me, calling off the order to me to make sure she had the right customer and didn’t even look me in the face. I’m 44 next year, been in retail since I was 15, 25 over 20 years as a manager, this restaurant tops the cake with rude, unprofessional workers. If it wasn’t a national chain, it would be closed down by now. -0 stars"

"It’s a joke everytime you go to McDonald’s here. Come here probably twice a week and everytime I come the food is never ready they make you pull to a stall every single time and you have to wait 20 min for them to bring your food out."

"I went to drive thru and ordered. I got to 2nd window to pay, she told me to go on to stale 2. I asked can I please pay? She said oh, ok. They took my card. I proceeded to stale 2. They brought me my food, but no drink. I asked for my drinks. She said I will bring it out. 5 minutes later she asked me if I ordered a cappuccino. I said no. I asked again for my 2 soft drinks. I finally went in and asked for my drinks. The manager was rude. By then my food was cold."
