Pizza Hut 693 South Main Street, Lumberton, TX 77657

"I ordered off the APP so unless they can't READ there is no excuse to get ONE pizza wrong! Waited 25 min after ordering it and drove 45 min home all to discover it was WRONG. I ordered NO SAUCE it was COVERED in sauce and the wrong crust!!! Can't trust ANYONE to take pride in their job anymore suppose? Update: I called and was put on hold for 3 minutes when I asked for the manager but she came in and agreed to replace my did the following day (I wasn't driving 2 hours for a pizza).... picked it up today without issue and it was great! I upgraded my rating to a 3. Shouldn't have happened and I will give them another chance. After all, I came to them becsuse Little cesars could care less if they got it right."

"The delivery guy was very nice. The ordering experience was completely opposite. I ordered $50 worth of pizza for delivery and gave a generous tip. They hung up on me after charging the full amount to my card. I called back and said hey it's not cool to charge somebody and then hang up on them and I could hear the manager, who is apparently named BJ screaming in the background to hang up but thankfully the guy stayed on the phone and I got my order. Thank you to the people who made it happen despite BJ literally screaming in the background telling them not to."

"FACT: I ordered pizza and pasta online via the app. FACT: When I arrived at the store, I was told by the employee that the only people working were him and a delivery driver. FACT: He said he was "completely out of pasta." FACT: I said, "okay, that's fine" and then asked about the pizza. He said, "I didn't make it because when I tried to call you, the phone number was disconnected." FACT: I pointed out that it's my cell and it's not disconnected, plus it is linked to the app. FACT: At that point he said he misdialed it and decided not to make my order at all. FACT: I left. OPINION: This store has gone downhill. I suspect it doesn't have enough support from upper management/ownership, is putting too much emphasis on labor cost to keep hours down so bonuses can be attained or doesn't have quality people in place to hire and retain strong employees that are needed to address the customer base."

"This pizza hut is one of the best I been to in a long time... the Manger there actually cares about his customers, when I had an issue with door dash he was able to work it all out. I am very grateful for him."
