"Didn’t give me all my boneless wing this that I paid for, forgot my sauce, oh and charged over 120$ to my card to “make sure I have the funds” for 30$ for gas. I had to wait after already getting my food and drink before I could check out because the funds hadn’t returned to my account. The pumps said NOTHING about CLEARING MY ACCOUNT for some gas. 0/10 won’t be going back"

"Most of the staff here are cool, nobody seems to last though, met the manager today and found out why, GRADE A @SSHOLE!! I'd quit too!! He was dismissive and arrogant, he inspired no faith that the problem had been solved and was just ready to be done with me."

"i live for chicken crispitos and giant ice-cold sprite. i always have my service dog with me, and she loves them. they are really nice to her. there's som grass from "the other side of the fence" (really green) outside. the store is awesomely clean, organized, and very well-stocked. the facilities are A++ top notch, but you do run the risk of the AI Occupancy Sensors ignoring you when the meter runs out, and there you sit. alone. in the dark. so...it's pretty much a good idea to make a mental image of where the paperwork is located before the AI leaves you hanging in the dark, forced to use the Columbus Discovery Method to locate the dispenser. at least it's not been empty on any of my visits."

"I got gas and the price was different than what was on the sign. I went to pay for the gas and there were 4 check out places and they all had signs "use next register" except for two. There was a lady standing in front of one of registers that DID NOT a sign in front of it. I asked her was this register open and she looked at me like I was crazy and very rudly said no! So I went to the one register that was open. I have a shell discount card and I just put in my number and I put in my number wrong and I told the lady that I needed to renter it. She said that she didn't know how to do that!! I would have been more adamant about my discount on my gas but there were 6 people in line behind me. With 2 people behind the counter standing around WILL NOT BE BACK HERE"

"Gorgeous facility overlooking the lake; abundant parking, 16+ gas pumps, and a very friendly staff; this place is appropriately named! A great wine selection and their milk is what typically brings me in but the mosy important aspect of this place is SHELL GAS!! They run Formula 1 race cars of this stuff! So stop by, fill up, and appreciate the view!"
