"Did an online order on 2/27/24 …. Went to pick up food and had to go through the drive-thru a man answered so i told him im here to pick up a online order and he says with a attitude let me see if we even have a order meanwhile the order was placed 10-15mins ago !!! So then he puts someone else on the head set so she’s like come around we have your order, so i get to the window the manager (a tall African American man comes to the window yelling your lucky ! We are even doing this online order bc we don’t do salads or online orders at this time but i was able to order through the app !!! So he tells me after getting my food next time i do an online order and it’s 10 something at night he’s not accepting it ……this man always has a nasty attitude whenever i come there and he’s there and one time he was yelling at the staff very unprofessional"

"We were attempting to get out order taken out but after sitting there for around 15 minutes, we were needing to leave. So we went through the drive thru to check on our order. They said that our orders were not on the system, even after we showed our receipts. The lady was telling us that there was no way to get a refund and didn’t try to help us past that. We asked if they checked everywhere, including the pickup section inside and she said they checked multiple times and did not see it. Angered, we walked inside and guess what was the very first shelf. Our orders. They didn’t even check it after we asked if they did. Do your job."

"It's Wendy's. You pay for what you get. However the food was good. 50 nuggets for 10 bucks is crazy. I paid 17 dollars for 50 nuggets, a large fry, and a large drink with a cookie. The service was nice and the atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable ."

"Please DO NOT go to this Wendy's location! The staff and THE MANAGER are very rude. I visited this location on 12/11/23. They gave me fries that were very brown. I showed them to the girl at the window, she told me that was normal because the grease was OLD. I requested fresh fries. She slammed the window and screamed "she wants fresh fries". I then went inside to talk to the manager (tall, African American male) about the whole incident. He cut me off immediately and said that she didn't mean and the window is hard to close; therefore she had to slam it. He added that she had worked there 2 years. I told him that the customer is always right. he said "in this case, the customer is very wrong." I hope that corporate sees this message. This manager needs to be fired!"
