I saw this man just sitting there. Long story short, I'm not too happy about my experience, but they do have better prices than other automotive shops around Jennings"

"I had a blowout on I-10 just outside of Jennings on Good Friday. Placed the spare on my car and hobbled up to the Walmart Auto Center at 6:20pm, a good 40 minutes before Google says they were set to close. I was desperate, and would have paid pretty much anything to get a new tire so I could finish my trip that night. I was told that all the Auto Center employees had left early and so the center was closed prematurely, and no one could help me. I had to hobble on Highway 90 to my destination and bought a tire somewhere else the next day. Great job messing up a sure sell, guys."

"Overall service was good. They were helpful in pinpointing which tire was messed up and needed replacing, but they were a little slow for my taste with the job we were there for. There were 4 available, and all were attending to the one tire we needed changed out, and even tho we started out next in line, we still spent over an hour waiting. Maybe it's their way to get you to spend more money the longer you are in there. Who knows. As for the price, every store tries to upsell you, but for the basics we got, we feel the price was fair."

"I give this Walmart a 1 star review because they have not updated their Google listing to mention their auto repair center is closed until further notice. I stopped by there today, as one of my tired was quickly losing air pressure, only to find a hand-written note on their door stating that their shop is "closed until further notice." This is very poor reflection of their management and such shortcomings need to be improved before I change my review. Luckily I found another tire shop about 5 mins away, called "Road Bound and Down," which were very helpful - even though they were about to close for the day! Rather than wasting your time at this Walmart Auto Care Center, I highly recommend you go down the street to Road Bound and Down at 1042 Frontage Rd, Jennings, LA 70546."
