"Our truck was acting up about 15 minutes out, to drop a load in Westlake, LA. Our driver thought it was the turbo and couldn't decide to pull over or keep going. The oil temp dropped back down, so he continued on with his load. In the mean time I called the Service department and spoke to Tracy. She said they were busy and couldn't get to it. I guess she could hear the concern in my voice as to rather I could make it back to Houston, without an extra tow bill that we couldn't afford, on top of any repairs. Just as I was about to hang up, she told me just to come in and she would at least run a diagnostic test on it to give me peace of mind. We tested it. It wasn't the turbo, just exhaust codes, but the turbo needs up dating. What a relief. Thank you Tracy. You definitely saved me and my heart attack for today. 5 stars just isn't enough for the way we were treated and taken care of today! I highly recommend this company, and Tracy. "They did two shortcuts on the repairs for my truck. One failed two weeks after the repair. The other left me stranded because they did not put a connector on. They pinched some wires together and just slapped some silicone on it. Will be calling soon."
