"Don't waste you time or money going to Wendys on Jackson st. Fries were hard and burnt. Called to get a fresh order and they gave me the same fries. They were also cold and hard as a rock. Manger was very unprofessional and rude and the cashier was also rude. Maybe Wendys corporate office will look into this and do something since the manager is not professional and trained properly. She needs to learn about RESPECT."
