"Been buying tires from him since he opened up on Broad St. Never had a problem until I did. Once he found out we were kin THAT DAY I purchased 2 tires one of which ended up being a bad tire. 60 days later tire was flat in my driveway. Was told to bring tire to the shop. Had to pay to get tire removed. Tire was brought to shop and "fixed". Paid someone to put tire on. 24 hours later TIRE FLAT AGAIN!! Mr. Guillory avoided my calls until I called his business phone to which I was told they would "fix" the tire if I brought it back to the shop. I demanded a replacement seeing as how I paid $40 the prior day to get the bum tire to him plus $60 for a tire that I can get $50 EVERYWHERE ELSE IN TOWN. Was told I would have to pay for another tire!!!! I've had this problem with another tire shop and they would immediately rectify the situation by exchanging the tire. I TRIED TO SUPPORT FAMILY AND GOT SCREWED BIG TIME!! Price gouges are RIDICULOUS and DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS PRODUCTS OR SERVICE. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!"
