"I do not recommend using this business. I went in for a routine oil change. Upon arriving back home, I see that the mechanic left a comment saying that my car has an oil leak. I immediately called back the next day requesting more information because prior to bringing my car in for an oil change, I did not have a leak. Cheryl, the receptionist, then tells me that they can find the cause of the leak when I bring my car in for my next oil change. (That's 4-5 months later.) Anyone who works with cars should understand that an oil leak is a serious issue as it causes damage to an engine, and should be looked at immediately. After having a professional look at the leak, I was told that my drain plug had not been inserted correctly back into place, and had been damaged. This is at the fault of Precision Tune Auto Care. I was never verbally told my car had an oil leak, the business was unhelpful with attempts to fix the leak, therefore costing me time and money, because now I have to get another oil change and drain plug to fix the issue that they caused. This business has clearly shown that they are unable to perform the basic maintenance skills to upkeep a standard vehicle."

"Quick Experience: My rock shield was hanging and making noise when driving. So I went here to fix it assuming that it is going to cost me some money. The lady on the front desk was sweet and friendly. After waiting for like 5 minutes, the lady told me that it was not a big issue and just the screws were loose and they had tighten it. They didn't charge me a penny. I greatly appreciate the honesty. I would highly recommend this place for any car repairs."
