"I made an appointment on the website and when I showed up for appointment to get estimate I was told she didn’t have me down ! She asked if I made the appointment in the website and I answered yes she said that’s why it don’t update our system! So no one was there to help me ! By looking at the reviews I’m glad they don’t need my business!"

"Took 14k from my insurance just to make it look decent but ride worst. Patient 2 month to get car in and another 5-6week for it be done just to ride worst. Mirror, door, and side panel collision that all they made look decent and get u out. Even though it ur insurance money just got somewhere else that is better then a punk that call u a liar when u try tell them something not right. "DO NOT USE !!!! They were used to fix our Mazda due to limb damage to the rear body/paint damage! They "fixed it" and we had to point out paint damage they were supposed to fix and didn't! Also the clear coat is runny looking and atrocious! The second time when they were making things right we picked up the vehicle got home and it was parked. I went to use it the next day and our back window shatters ! It scared the life out of me and we called and they said they didn't touch our glass and there was no damage noted. We had already replaced and had that glass for two months! Why would it suddenly shattered. Today a glass shop went to replace the back glass and guess what... they said it was a dent right under the trim that Gerber had fixed ! I will never give them business. Terrible work and dishonest from what I can tell."

"I would rate this company zero stars if I could. I came in just to get an estimate and was treated so poorly. The general manager was the worst. He tried to call me a liar & was called out by the receptionist & she told him she never said I had an estimate already and that she read the email I showed her. This guy was acting all nonchalant about the situation after being called out, never apologized not once, but I didn't appreciate being treated the way I was. Of course I had to speak with his boss to report him after I explained what had just took place he apologized on their behalf & also asked if he could assist me with the matter. I thanked him & told him no thanks I would go else where to get the job done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I don't wanna say their racist, but hey thats how they made me feel. I would NEVER go to this place again!!!"

"My baby looks show room ready! I was upset when someone had hit my car and ran. They fixed my car and it looked better than new. I was update when there was delays, the wait was worth it!"
