"I was helped by Lacy (not sure if it's spelled correctly). She was very kind in helping me figure out my drink. I had it remade once and she offered making it again if I didn't like it. She said, "If you don't like it, you're not going to drink it and you paid for it". That was very thoughtful as I was not wanting to be complicated. She went over and beyond to make sure I had a drink I was fully pleased with."
