"Always has a line stretching out into the street, which not only blocks the street but also all parking, meaning you can get trapped in your parking space if it gets busy or you just can’t access the building. Also sat at the order board for 10 minutes waiting for the barista to respond after telling them I had a mobile order. Finally answered and just told me to pull up. What’s the point of a mobile order if the drive through is too slow and I can’t get inside the building to get it quicker?? None of the other Starbucks in town have these problems but they also don’t have all the drink items so it’s just sad that the best Starbucks in town has actually turned out to be the worst."
"One of the worst. I'm a huge fan of Starbucks. This location is always backed up. They never ever get the order correct for drinks. I have always had to question them and they refuse to make it right. You'll literally order through the drive through and they'll ask you at the window to drive back around to get back in the line to get your order after already waiting 20 to 25 minutes from order to pay. Last time I finally told them no."
"Kroger's Starbucks Alexandria: on Sunday 17SEPT23 at approximately 1:10pm, I walked into Kroger's, there was an attendant just standing there, not performing any actions...there was a couple off to the right; out of the way....there was on customer, not standing at the counter, but off to the left side, typing on her phone...after surveying the situation, I walked up and ordered. "May I have a Venti Dragon Drink"... the counter attendant replied, "no, she is line", (referring to the unengaged woman, typing on her phone).. I replied, "It doesn't look like she's in line to me..." ....then the attendant stated, "well you can go stand over there, I'm making drinks"...and said it in a derogatory tone. (And she was not making any drinks) At this point, I took my 11 year old daughter, And walked out... this is not the first, 'less than satisfying experience' I've had at this location...and unless I'm mistaken, from the same employee. This impression I get is, that this employee is very entitled, and thinks she can treat customers however she likes (probably based off of her own personal views). Well I got news for you, you work at Starbucks...you're importance level isn't at that level ...and with that attitude, and that amount of arrogance, you'll probably always work in the service industry, except; you won't have much of an illustrious career. Some folks whom work in the service industry will go on to higher places within the industry... management & the such... you won't be one of these people. Starbucks, there's no telling how much money this individual has lost you over the past year....and let me guess, her efficacy isn't that great either? Hmm, let's see; a low-performing employee that is also rude to the customers.... sound like a case for termination to me... It was like a five year old telling it's parent, I'm not ready to clean my room, you can go stand over there, punk. Really Ms. Starbucks, who do you think you are?"
"I loved the friendliness of the person taking my order. However, I'm not accustomed to ordering 4 different breakfast items warmed and have all items handed to me without a bag to carry it in at other locations. Not everyone will want to place their food on their car floor etc. Just something to be mindful of."
"My drink did not taste like it usually does from other locations, but I just accepted the loss and left. Something was wrong with one of the machines so expresso was out of the question. I was in line for a while. I’ve noticed that at locations that are inside of grocery stores or other stores like Target, there’s usually one barista on duty who’s trying to do a million things all at once. The faucet was on for the duration of my wait and I was in line for a while."
