"Very good food and a lot to choose from, all cooked just right to me."
"The food was awesome! The best place for all you can eat seafood buffet. They have really good ribs, pork chops, chicken strips, and more, with lots of different vegetables, salad bar, and dessert bar. I just can't say enough for this place. Wanda"
"This is my third time going to the Hollis Seafood Buffet . However, the last time was in 2007. We went on a Saturday evening around 7 pm. The parking lot was easy to park in, and we were able to come right in. We were greeted by several people and we paid for our meals. We walked around to a hostess station and we were asked which room we wanted to be seated in. We weren't familiar with the rooms, so we just said close to the buffet. (In retrospect, I would have selected a smaller quieter room, the large room was also quite cold.). We were seated and we got our food. The boiled shrimp was some of the best I've ever had. So were the fried shrimp. The crab and hot water corn bread tasted like it was frozen from a store, but everything else was pretty good. The fried catfish fillets were small and a little overdone, but the flavor was great. The other catfish dishes were really good. I went back for seconds. They have a HUGE variety of food, and the desserts were really good as well. I got the coconut cream pie. There is a mural on the wall, and it feels like you are in south Louisiana. The real star was the woman working the room. She was singing and she served, and I didn't have to get a drink refill once because she always came when I needed one. The bathrooms were kind of weird and the towel dispenser was broken and a dispenser roll was just sitting on the sink. Overall, I will go again. The price is good for the variety, but I would have expected the quality to be a little more consistent for how much I paid. $52.00 for my wife and I."
