"Stop in this store today to have them check battery in my car, 2014 Kia optima. They couldn’t/wouldn’t check cells in battery but sell me another battery. So I bought a new battery almost $300. Employee call shop next door to come replace battery in car. It took him a hour to get the old battery out he hammered it with a hammer used an assortment of different tools from auto zone to get old battery out. There was no reason what so ever it should have been hard to remove and replace that battery. Now the car will not even turn over and try to start. The man tried to charge me a $100 from the shop next door. Thought auto zone changed your battery when you bought a new one from them. They were very busy had to leave car over night. It will be interesting to see what they find the problem to be, I certainly plan on filing a complaint with corporate."

Ms.Veronica went above and beyond to help me, she wasn’t sure she was able to do it but she did. And even went out her way to try to get someone else from a different business to help me."
