"I was using the kiosk to place my order and I was just about finished and one of the male employees yelled at me from the kitchen and said “ hole up don’t even order nun we too backed up “ of course I understand that they are busy but for him to yell at a customer and deny service just because he can’t handle the pressure is rediculous.. get a grip Taco Bell this is horrible"

"I have been going to this taco bell for 20 years and it is without a doubt, the ABSOLUTE WORST taco bell I have ever experienced. I have been to countless taco bells across America and this one, in my hometown, is the absolute worst. Apathetic service, orders are never right, and as someone who has worked multiple food service jobs for longer than these people have been alive, this is absolutely pathetic. The entire staff, including managers, should be fired and never earn a dollar in service again. Absolutely the most pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant ever pathetically passed as a business, much less a legitimate one. I wouldn't eat the food served here even if I had to choose between this and starving. The worst taco bell ever."

"After working 12 hours went to order dinner for me & my husband. I was asked to wait to place my order which was completely fine. I ordered 2 combos & didn't even receive all the food that was included in both combos. I normally look inside the bags, but after a very long day I was tired & ready to go home. I've always wondered why I literally NEVER see anyone in this drive thru as I pass it twice a day to & from work. I now know why. Also my food was crushed along with both of us missing several items from our order. Needless to say, we're both still hungry & very disappointed!"

"I would give it no stars after my visit today. At 1:45 pm today I went through the drive thru and place my order for 3 soft shell tacos and a crunchwrap. Well the lady kept trying to sell me the combos. I didn't want those, and finally she got my order. After paying for it, I checked my bag and to my surprise it was hard shell tacos. I went inside and before I could even talk to the cashier, I guess the young lady who was the manager on duty walks up to.me and say " you got issues ". I responded that I don't have any "issues" I just wanted 3 soft tacos. When I got.home they didn't have any sour cream. Very poor and unprofessional management. Updated 07 November 2022 This is really ridiculous, and this is how I got it out of the bag. Two tacos not even wrapped properly. Let alone you have to deal with workers bad attitude, and not answering any questions. This is how they prepare your food, and serve it. These were and I paid for 3 Taco Supreme, as you can tell by the pics there's nothing Supreme about any of them."
