"Went in at 11:40 PM and the guy behind the counter told me the registers were closed until 12:02, there's 2-4 registers in there but all were closed. This use to be a decent place but it has gone downhill fast over the lasy few years."
"I WAS OUT THERE LOOKING FOR A PLACE I COULDN'T FIND SO LUCKY MY LIL SON WAS WITH ME HE DIRECTED ME TO THE RIGHT PLACE BUT FIRST I HAD TO STOP ND GET SOME GAS THEY HAVE GREAT GAS ND SNACKS OTHER THINGS AS WELL NICE EMPLOYEES CLEAN ENVIRONMENT"
"Please clean up your Grounds. Since changing from Valero to Shell, your products are seldom stocked. The parking lots are dirty. Pumps always have bags on them with no gas. Your grass and landscape is overgrown and is an eyesore to our South Bossier Community. We take pride in our Community. You are the 1st store people see when coming over the River. Please clean up!"
"I have been visiting this convenience store my entire life. It was called diamond Shamrock back in the day. Even though it's Valero now, people tend to still say Diamond Shamrock! This store is always fully stocked with merchandise. And they always have nice cashiers on hand to assist you. And most of all, they always have the cheapest gas prices. My favorite gas stop!"
"The whole idea of self-serve, to me, is for quick service. This particular store is in my neighborhood, and it is convenient for me, EXCEPT when there is no register tape in the pump, and I have to go inside for a recipe. This happens over 50% of the time and it does no good what-so-ever to say anything to any of the clerks. Is there a way to encourage these people to keep tape in the pumps? It's enough to make me go elsewhere. Thank you."
