"I go to this location often, as it’s very close to my house. Every single time I go in, the customer service is TOP TEIR! The shift leader is ALWAYS beyond hospitable and super courteous. Today, I walked in and smelled something “peppery” and I explained to the shift leader taking my order that it smelled good and asked what it was. He explained what it could have been and explained it very well. Once they told me my food was ready he told me what sauce it could have been and then gave me a sample of the sauce in my bad to try! I mean he is just beyond what is expected. EVERY fast food and dine in restaurant in this area needs to hire him to show how customer service is done!! He is amazing and the food is always amazing!! I did explain all of this to the manager on duty! ☺️"

"I wanted a really good sandwich and decided to give this place a try and I was not disappointed. I had a difficult time deciding on a sub but my taste buds eventually convinced me to order the meatball sub. I have passed this sandwich shop so many times on Airline but because of its awkward location I have never tried. Well I have definitely been missing a treat. The meatball sub was absolutely delicious. The only thing I regret is not purchasing a larger sub. I ordered the small and it was a tease. It left me wanting more. I was so tempted to go back and order another sub. The restaurant was very clean. My service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be back."
