IHOP

"Whenever my wife and I stay in Shreveport. The next day we stop to eat at the IhOP on Airline Dr. Our first visit we’re told that we would be seated in a second and 5 minutes later we were told the same thing by another waitres, and around 3 or 4 minutes after that we’re finally seated. Service was not sub standard once seated but first impressions usually dictate whether or not someone would return to dine there. Second visit started out the same as the first. It was the same waitress that had told us she would seat us in a second and kept walking around the middle doing whatever it is they do in the middle. This time I grabbed 2 menus and my wife and I found our own table. Food And service once seated was impeccable. This morning we were walking in and was immediately greeted. I expressed to Gabriel that we would like to sit on his side due to bad experiences with the staff on the other side. Gabriel sat us down, came back with drinks, took our order and continually checked on us for the duration of ow visit. Hands down this was absolutely the visit to IHOP. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and service! Remember to tip your server! $49.00 ticket and another $40 for making my meal pleasant."

"It smells so bad in here. For real. We were seated the the back corner on the left side of the main entrance near the bathrooms. It smells like a combo of sewage and garbage. Not delightful. The food is average, took forever to get, but they were busy. Never got a refill. I will never cheat on Waffle House with IHOP again."
