PJ's Coffee

"This was my first time at a PJs and I will never go back. The service from the minute I walked it was terrible. The blonde at the register did not want to help by giving me a list of flavors carried and acted like I was inconveniencing her. Which I probably was, considering her and the other two workers spent the entire time I was in there badmouthing other coworkers and managers by name. The environment was made toxic by this and made me want to leave. When I got my lattes (which I paid almost $20 for) they were terrible. The espresso was burnt and the shots were the worst I’ve had. I literally threw it out and drove to another coffee shop. This was a terrible experience all the way around. From a fellow coffee shop owner, this is completely unacceptable, patrons shouldn’t have this experience at all."

"I’ve been to PJ’s many times in Bossier. They know how much I love their Blueberry lemon cookies. Anytime I call an hour ahead, they will make them for me. Recently, I called & they only had one. Gracie offered to make me some. Allie has done that too! All those that work there are friendly, kind, just so nice. The food is all good! You won’t regret going there. They are the BEST!"

"PJ’s has a very good espresso roast. Even though they didn’t make the cappuccino properly, the bold, deep flavor of the espresso stood out over the excess of steamed milk. I look forward to finding a PJ’s without a drive-through, as then the barista could put more care in making the froth."

"3 of us went today. The beignets were tasty. We ordered hot chocolate, regular coffee, and a frozen cold brew Granita. Our orders were correct. A nice cozy place to relax while having a treat."
