Taco Bell

"went through the drive thru and ordered 3 soft tacos with meat, lettuce, and sour cream ONLY. the lady working the drive thru put it on the screen correctly so then we went to the window to get our food. first she tried to give me the wrong drink then when i corrected her she tried to argue and say that was the correct drink. she then looked at the order and gave me the correct drink. after i got my food i went and parked in parking lot to eat and realized i was given 3 soft tacos with nothing but meat. so i went inside and told who i assume was the manager and told her my order was wrong and what i had originally ordered. after giving her the receipt she asks me again what my order was so i tell her, she then laughs at me and walks to the back. after waiting 20 minutes they gave me my order so i go back to my car and the order was STILL wrong!! i was given 3 soft tacos with meat, cheese, and sour cream. how hard is it to get a order correct? these people need to do better. do go to this taco bell!!!"

"We ordered(Order #916400) Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito instead we got a beef burrito which we were not aware of. We are of pure vegetarian family because of religious reason that's why we prefer tacobell than others. We trusted this tacobell center for our order even before checkout I asked the lady if it has any beef or pork.she said no its completely vegetarian as you ordered. But when we ate beef came. When i went to the door and ask the other black lady was so rude damn rude instead of agreeing their mistake she said did you customize to vegetarian burrito. I said it's a completely veggie burrito from menu. Then her attitude slow down little. Then manager saw the order online and found their mistake and offered a veggie burrito without even saying a single sorry. The lady whom i asked before i checkout my order first time came to give the veggie burrito and i asked why you said there is no beef or pork. Its completely vegetarian as you ordered. Then she said i did not prepared your order and shut down the door on face. Because of These uneducated fellows we had to taste beef today which is against our religious beliefs. Hope God gonna do appropriate for these type of people. I hope tacobell gonna take appropriate steps for vegetarian people. Because every day a vegetarian face these kind of problems in tacobell."

"I never go inside but they get a 5 for atmosphere anyway. Hey its a taco bell it is what it is. The lady that works in the morning times is the best. I used to work nights and would go see her a couple times a month and she is consistently nice and polite."

"We placed a mobile order about 20 mins before our arrival and waited 40 minutes inside to dine in. The purpose of the mobile order was to make it quick so we could be somewhere by a certain time. There was one employee that actually spoke to us the entire time and she asked me my name 6 times and finally about 35 minutes of standing there, she admitted they lost or forgot my order. The food was very skimpy with meat and wrong. It wasn't worth the fight. Taco bell these days is mediocre at best but this location is detestable. Do not waste your time or money!"
