"GARBAGE!!!! Absolutely horrible! I will never visit this location. Customer service is nonexistent these day’s and it shows. My family & I went for a birthday dinner. Our poor server was overwhelmed & we all knew it. No one would her help. She was trying her best & we all took note. She was so sweet & we had all the patience in the world for her. Now for her coworkers standing around talking about there night was absolutely wrong. We even interrupted one & ask for napkins & she pointed at a table. She started back up her conversation. This behavior should not be tolerated on the floor in front of guests. Our food was cold & we barely got refills. In the next pre shift meeting floor TEAM WORK needs to be a topic!"

"We don't eat here often but we stopped by here for lunch. It wasn't too busy, the restaurant & tables were clean. The employees were busy taking care of their customers, nobody was just standing around. Our server was polite & attentive. Food came out pretty fast, hot, & tasted great. Only complaint is the super-thick & small mug they serve draft beer in for happy hour, if I knew the mug was that small I would've ordered bottle."

"I am familiar with Posados, but just not the Mansfield location. A couple of months back, I went with a friend. We showed ourselves to a table, but the young lady that took our order looked like she had just come from outside t he building, wore very tight jeans with a jacket, and really didn't look like she worked there. I wasn't able to see a name tag or any type uniform to indicate so. I later saw her curl up in a ball in one of the far back booths and surfed her phone. I get it when it's slow or there's downtime, but that just seemed weird to me. The one thing that did bother us the most was that music overhead was too loud; we couldn't hear each other's conversations. We made a complaint, in which it was finally adjusted. Food was okay, but the shrimp tacos I received seemed very vague. had to ask for pico and sour cream to make it more suitable. The experience wasn't terribly too bad, but I wouldn't come to this location."

"I eat at Posados regularly because I like the food and the service and very reasonable prices. On my most recent visit I ordered chicken enchiladas with tomatillo verde sauce but was served enchiladas with sour cream sauce. I could have returned my meal but I was hungry and wanted to eat. I like the sour cream sauce as well as the verde sauce so it wasn't a big deal for me. Maybe if servers were allowed to write down customer's orders, mistakes like this wouldn't happen."

"Pretty poor dining experience. I'd give this experience a 1.5/5 if I could. I only ordered one entree and it took 45 minutes. I ordered street tacos. When they were served, I thought it was a joke cause the portions were laughably small, almost like a kids' meal. I paid over $16 for them. Also the street tacos were not served with onions and cilantro like you'd expect from a street tacos order. Trash and leftover food under all tables and staff was unprofessional and cursing often. I am only giving this 2 stars because I enjoyed the taste of the tacos. Food: 2.5/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5"
