Jucys Hamburgers

"Great place! My husband and I each got the bacon blue cheese burger. I had fries and he had the onion rings, which were delicious. Go hungry or split a burger, they’re huge! Family friendly. You order your food then find your own table. There’s nothing plenty of space and it’s clean."

"One of the factors that makes a restaurant successful is presentation. Staff play a huge role in that. The most important thing in any food and beverage industry is hospitality. Why do I say that? Walked in, cashier was fixing her long fake nail while taking my order. No clean, not hygienic, and unprofessional. Burgers are good, but reason I gave you 2 stars is because when I recieved my tray, half of my fries are bad quality, the other part were not in the basket rather on the tray. You can see the pix. I asked the young lady with her headset : why do you do that? And she replied that: they clean the trays. Completely didn't try to make an effort to fix it!! Now for someone who worked 20+ years in the hospitality industry, I know even if you clean the trays, when you stack up on top of each other, and grab them, I guarantee you that they might look clean but of course not. 1. Because I didn't see the staff using gloves. 2. I don't know where they stack them 3. They could be exposed to dust etc.. The fries were not good quality, oil probably overused for more than 1 week. Also was not filtered from crumbs. CARE!! I didn't see any of that. I urge the management to take part of that immediately. You definitely need the business!! You can call me picky, but from a consumer part, when you pay for fries separately and don't get the value nor quality back, it's not good business. I attached 3 photos showing the fries , because I didn't touch nor ate the ones on the tray."

"I've never been to Jucys Hamburgers and not left full and with a bug smile on my face. My tastebuds start dancing at the mention of "Jucys." This visit was a little different because I've changed to healthy foods and I wasn't sure if I was going to have to sit and just sip on ice water until I was full or if they would have something on the menu for me. Turns out Jucys has salads! I figured a Burger place would just throw some bagged lettuce in a bowl and call it a menu item, but I was so wrong! I ordered the grilled chicken salad with Italian dressing (pause here⏸️they had Italian Dressing!! Big deal because it's the only dressing I eat and 85% of the places I go to don't have Italian dressing) I had the croutons and tomatoes removed but the salad was amazing. Deep green romaine lettuce, very fresh and it was a huge salad. All the front employees were very kind and accommodating of my disability. The restaurant was very clean but it was narrow between the tables so it was hard to navigate in my wheelchair. The restroom wasn't wheelchair friendly either. Aside from those two issues this is a great restaurant, 9/10 recommend."

"Jucys burgers in marshall used to offer a vegeburger but they don't anymore. But they do offer a grilled cheese sandwich and a side salad and beans. That's a decent vegetarian meal."

"Food was great. Cheeseburger was juicy and high quality meat. Bun was good. Onion rings were good. Fried pickles were really good. Fries are made from fresh potatoes so you have to like that style. Definitely worth your time."
