"I have always had a great experience at this location until now. I went in to pick up my food and upon paying, a receipt was shoved across the counter and I was told "Here, finish filling this out" but there was nothing to write with given to me and there was not so much as a "Thank You" at the end of the transaction. When we got home with the pizza, the cheese was basically non-existent on the pizza, I had to add my own cheese and put the pizza in the oven to melt it. I don't expect a ton of cheese but I do expect the normal amount , which was not there this time."

"Update: Below is a review that I left a while ago, but since then there's new management (Aaron, I think his name is) and evert pizza has been PERFECT. Customer service is better, its like a totally new restaurant. Kudos to them for making a change. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. If you order regular marinara, there will be more marinara than cheese. If you order light marinara, there won't be any at all. Delivery takes a minimum of 2 hours and I live on the same street as the restaurant. This is If you can even place an order, half the time when you call and they're a little busy, they'll just hang up on you mid sentence so they don't have to take another order. Call back and they'll do it again. There's a few good employees that do a good job if you order mid afternoon instead of in the evening but if it's after 5pm, order Milanos. Or even Little Caesars."

"Carthage, TX PizzaHut was clean and well ran. Great service hot food ordered using the app while running errands and just made my night easier."

"First and last time. Picked up 3 pizzas and a melt. One of the pizzas had practically no toppings and tons of crust, I am talking 4 inches of crust- toppings in a small center circle. We were told nothing is wrong with it, all the pan crusts look that way. They made a call and someone, I guess, and were instructed to remake it. Turns out someone new made the crusts and they didn't want to fix the mistake . Anyway, we requested that our other pizzas be kept warm while we had to wait and were given a big attitude. Poor customer service and lazy."

"I placed an online order at 8:30. Got the confirmation email at 8:36 Got a call from them at 8:41 saying they would close at 9. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 9:15pm. She asked me if incould pick up my order at 9, instead of 9:15 I told the girl who i was speaking to that it was fine, i was leaving longview but i should be there at 9 if not i would have someone there before 9. She said ok and hung up. Then, within 5 minutes, i got a call from a guy saying he was not making my order because he was closing the store right now 8:45pm. I told him the girl said she would make my order & i would have someone there. He said he didn't cared and he was shutting everything off. He was extremely rude the whole time. Yelling and just being disrespectful, so i asked him for his name, to which he said he was the assistant manager and his name was Jeremy & that he didn't care. (Mind you, HE is NOT the assistant manager, and he was NOT supposed to close the store at 9 but 11pm ) . I could call the manager if i want it. I told him i would do it and i asked him for the managers name to which he said he would call her himself to wait on the line, i said ok, he said something under his breath & he hung up. I called back multiple times, and they ignored my calls."
