"Avoid. The receptionist was very kind. That is the only nice thing I can say. Groomer was rude, dismissive & did a horrible job. Refused to do anal glands, pretty much refused to do nails and when I got home, my dog has an abrasion on her tummy. My pup is a naked tummy dog, no reason for her to be injured there. Went straight from this shop to local vet to get glands done. Paid twice today due to total incompetence. Furious that she was hurt and it was never mentioned. Edited to respond to the below. I didn't set them up to fail. I told them point blank, you have muzzle her for her nails. Groomer told me at pick up "we don't like to do that so we didn't." They had the facts. Didn't listen to owner. Period."
