"Worst ever. I asked my wife to just get our golden doodle trimmed, but keep her hair long. She explained it twice and then asked if they understood. They said yes and that we may have to shave her in a few months due to matting. We like her fluffy! What did they do? They shaved her completely. She has a little bit of fluff on her head and tail…the rest is nothing. She now looks like a poodle rat. Paying $82 for a 30lbs dog……and then not even listening to the owners…..absolutely inept."

"I specifically told the groomer multiple times to keep my golden doodles hair long and was bringing my dog in every four weeks so that it was easier to maintain. I don’t know what else I could’ve said to get my point across but when I picked my dog up today, she was completely shaved down. I was charged $12 more for the visit even though it was against what I wanted. I have been recommending your business to all of my friends, but that will stop now. I feel as if they shaved my dog because it was easier and they just did what they wanted, despite my wishes. I am not happy and wanted to write this as a warning to others. If you have a specific look you want for your dog, you will likely not get it."
