"These people are AMAZING. Maria and Jeff took care of my incredibly anxious, reactive rescue Jack like he was their own. I brought him in as a last resort after he suddenly started refusing to let us clip his nails, expecting the worst (from him/his behavior). It’s important to note Jack DOES NOT like men- any stranger, really, but especially men. Jeff didn’t let that stop him. He got down on his level, made him comfortable, and didn’t get scared when Jack tried his big bad wolf routine. They were both so sweet and gentle, comforting him (and me) the whole time. Maria worked so fast and had him out the door with his nails clipped and his tail wagging in under 10 minutes. I can’t wait to bring him back for a full service spa day in a couple weeks. "My big boy had the ultimate spa day at Vanity Furr. Compared to his experiences at other local groomers, this first visit here was amazing! When i walked in to drop off, i didn’t hear a sound.. not an ounce of puppy anxiety in the air. He was especially calm and relaxed when i arrived to pick him up which is CRAZY because he’s usually a ball of anxiety! The soothing ambiance most definitely played a part in his unusual behavior and i loved it. They are so sweet and personable, i feel like my Lenny gained new friends. The tie was also a cute touch and he still smells great days later. We will definitely be back soon :)"
