"My poor dog would come home traumatized, hurt, and inexplicably not himself for at least 3 days after a groom with these people. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I didn't have a lot of choices, living in a small town, but I truly believe switching groomers has extended Snug's life. I witnessed a groomer at Groomingdales using expletive language TOWARDS a small dog she was grooming that wasn't comfortable with what she was doing. I understood why Snug was so traumatized coming home. (6 hours later). If you can, switch groomers. Your dog will thank you, and they will probably live longer. Thank god we moved and switched."

"Everyone there cares about your pets! My dog has some requirements when being groomed. Groomingdales welcomed him with open arms and had no problems with the requirements. (All other groomers I called when my previous groomer retired, said they could not [or wouldn't] deal with the requirements.) Not only are your pets welcome with open arms, they are always attentive to issues that your loved one might have. Peyton, my little guy's usual groomer, has pointed out cuts in places (between his toes) I would have never known about, probably, until there was a major infection issue. Everyone is always friendly and bend over backwards to meet your pets needs. Thank you Peyton and everyone at Groomingdales!"
"Absolutely lovely ladies here! They always give my dogs the best. Very good service and I love that my doggies aren't in kennels for hours! I also noticed that they have fresh water available for the dogs to drink. 5 stars no complaints here!"
