Alpha Valley Boarding Kennel

"We boarded our dogs at Alpha Valley for 4 nights just last week. The staff seemed friendly enough, but I was taken aback that as a paying client I wasn't even allowed into the office, much less back to see where my dogs would be spending the next several days. I gave very specific feeding instructions for my dogs and had sent an overabundance of food for the duration they would be staying and I was returned just a few kibble when I picked them up, so I'm sure they were way over fed. One of my dogs came home acting very lethargic and depressed, then had explosive diaherra. He seemed very anxious and I'm not sure why. All of their bedding I sent was returned absolutely filthy and smelly, so I was glad I had opted for the baths before I picked up, but I have no idea how much I actually spent for what because I was not provided with an itemized invoice. The price was very reasonable, I'm just frustrated about not being able to enter the business, the lack of attention to feeding instructions, feeling in the dark about how much I was paying for what and how my one dog was acting when he first got home. Not sure if I would return, or not. There is also a lack in Communication. I emailed them days ago about my dog not feeling well and they have completely ignored me. I picked up the dogs a week ago today and my one dog still won't eat much and is acting way off. Wish I could gain some more insight on this."

"Alpha was absolutely awesome! Our dog came home clean, happy, running around, and jumping. I can tell she had an amazing time and had loads of fun. I will definitely be using Alpha again for boarding. Could not recommend Alpha Valley Boarding Kennel enough!"

"I have a very shy and timid 130 pound mastiff. He just doesn’t care for strangers. He now wiggles and plays with his friends/staff at alpha. Each time I picked him up the staff was so determined to befriend my boy! They took time time to really get to know him. I can not say well enough about this facility. Very reasonably priced and Every staff member is kind and professional. My dog always comes home happy."

"I went in one day to ask about their facility I always see their kennel sign on Colver Rd everyday on my way home from work.They left an impression on me when I left there they’re very convenient from where I live. I can call them last minute and they will take my dogs. I would highly recommend them , their prices are great and you can tell they definitely Care and have compassion for our fur babies..Oscar , Idgie, and our 19 yr old Jack Russell Buddy ❤️"

"Only 4 stars because I haven't used their services yet. But I will say this, when I went there to inquire, the owner gave me a complete tour and showed me EVERYTHING I asked about. It isn't a high-class bougie place, but it is functional, friendly, and warm... really, my kind of place. Good people here! They are VERY involved in the welfare of your animals. Prices are very reasonable, and I can't wait to use them for daycare and boarding services."
