"Love this place! Go there often. There are covered areas with picnic tables (some wheelchair complaint) and the restrooms always are clean when I've used them. There are a couple playgrounds although I don't have any experience with them. It's dog friendly and they have poo bags so you can clean up after your fur baby."

"I go here often to take a walk, watch the ships go by, have a picnic and just breathe. Beautiful any time of year. Great for bird watching, collecting river rocks and driftwood. Very well maintained by Port of Longview. Wear a life vest if you get in the water. There's a significant drop-off not far from shore. More drownings here than anywhere else in Cowlitz County. Free life vests available on a display stand."
