"This was by far the worst hotel/motel experience I've ever had. After our second night there, a woman proceeded to start banging on my room door. She immediately starts off extremely aggressive and hostile about my service animal. She stated he was barking too much and continued to ask unapproved questions pertaining to my service animal and proceeded to state "she knows how service dogs are." If that's the case then she would know some service animals are trained to bark/notify you depending on your condition that requires a service animal. She was very argumentative and informed me there would be a pet fee. I. Asked how much and agreed to pay it and followed up with that I'd be filing a report with ADA and the service animal rights group. I closed my door and immediately there was another knock informing me I was to check out that day despite my reservation going through the next 4 days. I called extended stay contact # and of course was told someone would be in contact with me, but of course that never happened. After being told by one of the other hotel employees I would only be charged for the nights I stayed I was then charged for the entirety of the reservation rather than just the nights I stayed and surprise surprise additional fees. The aggressive woman never identified herself as the general manager, I had to call the front desk just to figure out who she was. I gathered my belongings and left and didn't even go to office to check out because Katherine (later found out her name) was so antagonistic and argumentative. Beware if you stay at this location or any of the locations for that matter. Thank you to larkspur landing hotel for taking us in and providing excellent customer service, not to mention their rooms are way better. They're significantly bigger and already come with kitchen utensils and cookware rather than trying to charge additional fees for something so basic like extended stay."
"The hotel is not what we thought. 1. location isn't bad if you like hearing the interstate. 2. They ask minors for identification (not ok). 3. The toilet flushes or cycles every hour. 4. You hear banging all night. 5. Their free breakfast is tiny stale muffins, oatmeal in a coffee cup and 1 type of coffee. 6. Beds are very stiff. 7. Door handle to enter doesn't open by pushing handle down, you have to push up and push hard to open. 8. AC doesn't really cool the room. 9. The morning staff were not welcoming. When asking desk about breakfast i had to ask twice and want even meet with the gentleman looking up at me, i got " Ya thats it there". The hotel is good for those who come in late and leave early with no need for accomidations or amenities."
"Got a room that allowed dog. Why this room would have carpet is beyond my. By far not the nicest place . On the other hand not the worst. Decent amount of channels to watch on t.v. usable kitchen. I came with a trailer this place is not set up for parking."
"I booked a room here a month in advance for my trip to the Seattle area. When my fiancé and I showed up, the rude woman at the desk told us they had no record of my reservation. I showed her the reservation confirmation and the charge on my bank account directly from the hotel. She basically told us that it wasn't her problem. When I insisted that she do something to rectify the situation, she decided to insult our intelligence by pretending to call the manager on his cell and having a fake conversation. She was not a good actress. My fiancé and I had to go find somewhere else to stay at 9 pm at night in a city we were unfamiliar with. They refunded my money a couple days later. Needless to say, I will never stay here nor recommend anyone stay here. Just spend the extra money. It's not worth it."
"Adequate but barely. Rooms were clean although all carpets and permanent fixtures were heavily used and the bathtub was horribly stained and old. Bathroom fan was absurdly loud and didn't seem to do anything but make noise. No dishes/utensils were kept in the rooms and the staffing was hit or miss at best with no staff at night (9pm - 6:30am I believe), so even getting a fork was a challenge. Convenient to a mall with lots of food options and a grocery store, as well as the freeway. Breakfast was not even a continental breakfast and, again, staff was hard to find so you couldn't even get to it at times as it is in a locked area."
