"This will forever be my choice for boarding for my cat, Aladdin! Sharyn was absolutely amazing! She immediately put my mind at ease. She gave him love and attention (which my cat needs a lot of). She also sent us photos and text messages every day! It was so nice having the peace of mind that he was being fed, cuddled and taken care of. I would 100% recommend! The cat condos are also so spacious! I’m definitely going to go with Grit City Kitty next time we are out of town!"
"Grit city kitty only looks good on paper/online! This business is run out of a personal home, and online, it looks great. But beware. We were looking to board two of our cats in November 2023 and wanted to see the cat condos and meet the owners to see if we meshed before booking a stay for our cats. We attempted to speak with them by phone, but it went to voice mail, where they stated that they wouldn't return calls and to either text or fill out their online form (for new customers). We filled out the form and never received a response by email or phone. After a few hours of waiting for a response, my husband went by to see if he could get a tour or an appointment for a tour. They didn't answer the door. He then texted them to get assistance with getting a tour and was told that they don't give tours, that he was messing up their calm time, and to (not so politely) take our business elsewhere. I don't know about you, but I will not allow my fur babies to stay somewhere I can't tour first! Don't do it, just don't. Edit: The owner actually told my husband by text regarding tours of their facility and said that they had responded to me and that they would take pictures and/or video of their facility, but no tour in person options were given. This never made it to me, so they were either lying or they sent this to someone else. Still, I would not allow my fur family to stay somewhere I can't first tour."

"Our top choice for cat boarding! We were able to enjoy a trip abroad knowing our cat was in the best care and not stuck all day in a boarding kennel. Sharyn prepared the best cat room for our cat’s needs and kept us updated with sweet pics of our cat while we were away. She also works professionally with cats and cat fosters. Grit City Kitty will always be our first choice for our baby. 5+ stars."
